Inadequate packaging to compensate for careless shipping.

The handbag would be very nice if it had not been damaged in shipment. The box it was in was completely crumpled and the handbag was squashed to the point where there is a permanent crease all along the side. The bottom was also bent out of shape. So far I have not been able to remove the crease or fully straighten the bottom.
