I knew as soon as I put on this dress that it was the one I wanted for my wedding day. However, I could not get past a design defect that I saw along the back of the dress. Based on the listing photos online, there was not supposed to be a line across the back of the dress. However, there was a very noticeable and large seam across the back where it appeared that two pieces of fabric were brought together. I addressed these concerns with JJsHouse, and they were very accommodating to my needs. I was able to return the dress and got a coupon code to order a new one in its place. The new dress was beautiful and did not have the same issue as the first. I absolutely love how the lace-like fabric looks (it isn’t lace, but I don’t know a better word for the fabric type)! I kept going back to look at the dress in my closet again and again because I could not believe the quality. I also really appreciated how well-put-together the inner portions of the dress were as well. Unfortunately, I did find that the arms were quite tight and it was difficult for me to lift them up very high. This was concerning because I honestly don’t think I would have been able to dance with my husband at our wedding because of how restricting it was. I ended up opening the seams under the sleeves and adding some extra fabric in the armpit area to accommodate this issue. Long story short, the dress is very beautiful and I would recommend it to others. Just beware that there may be an issue with the seams and/or the fit along the top.

Beautiful overall, but had a few issues

This is a beautiful dress! However, this was my second attempt with this one, as the first dress I received had an obvious defect that I was unable to hide. I took it into an alterations shop to see if they could fix it, but they said there was nothing they could do. I was able to return the dress to JJs and received a coupon code to order a new dress. I will attach photos of the first and second dress. A few thoughts...The second dress I ordered had custom measurements and I will say that the length was spot-on. The waist was still loose but I had it altered to better fit. Beware that it was *very* hard to lift my arms up with the design of the sleeves, so I had to alter it (under the armpit area) in order to be able to raise my arms any higher than my chest (and even that was a bit of a stretch). The sleeves had two layers of mesh/tulle/fabric and I removed one of the layers to make the sleeves more transparent. I also added a bustle for the train. All in all, my alterations for this dress cost $260. This was my personal experience, but you may have a better fit and experience than I. After getting it altered, my aunt added beading along the neckline and across the chest. In the end, I enjoyed how it looked--I just wish that the first dress didn't have the defect and that the fit for the custom dress was a little closer to the measurements I sent in. Still a beautiful design and I would recommend this dress if you're willing to pay for alterations. I wasn't sure whether to say the dress was too small or too large in my rating because I had issues with both in the arms (small) and waist (large). Biggest issue was definitely the arms, though.

Beautiful ball gown!

This is a gorgeous dress! It turned out to be what I always wanted for my wedding dress and I felt beautiful! One tip I will give is that the dress seemed to run large and is pretty heavy due to the layers in the skirt. But with tailoring, then adding a belt, the dress turned out perfect for the big day! Also the lace is so detailed and pretty!

LOVED MY DRESS!

Like most people, I was concerned with ordering my wedding dress online; however I could not justify spending $1000 for my dress. I took a chance and I am absolutely amazed with my purchase. the dress is exactly like it is pictured. I went ahead and ordered a standard size as I wanted to be able to return it if need be, but it turned out to fit perfectly. There was a couple of threads that were sticking out (one from the front another from the side), but other than that, no issues. Can't wait to walk down the isle! :)

It is a simple dress, but it is exactly what I was looking for.

Love love love this dress. I placed my order on 12/23/2021 and received it today 1/3/2022. It's made so well, very good quality dress. It's heavy flowing dress. Street size I wear an 8, I ordered a size 16 after being measured. I ordered from the size chart and it fits soooo good!! I would definitely recommend JJsHouse and this dress

The quality is great on this dress. The amount of detail on the fabric is beautiful. I was worried about how pink the inner fabric looked but it matched my complexion pretty well. This is going to be my wedding dress, I’ve only ever tried on two dresses and I found the one. Recommend getting a belt/sash to with it to add contrast. I’m so excited, and I don’t have to be constantly worried about ruining it because of the affordable price. I’m typically a 14 but my measurements were in the middle of 14-16 so I sized up and it fit perfectly, can always get it tailored if needed but you can’t add fabric.

Absolutely in love! Im 5'2 and 143 pounds I ordered a size 10 and it fits perfectly! the detail in the dress is so stunning and looks worth more than it is. The length is obviously too long for me but going to get it hemmed. it arrived earlier than expected packed in a box neatly. Im more than happy with my purchase and highly reccomend this dress.
