STYLE & COLOR: Excellent. Exactly as pictured on JJ's website.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: A++. I had some back-and-forth messaging with them regarding a previous gown choice and measurements and CS was commendable in explaining, clarifying issues, and generally making my online purchase worry-free. Since this was my first time ordering a gown from them and they don't have a brick-and-mortar store that I can easily go to in case of problems post-purchase, I specified the length to be an inch longer than the number I wanted so that if they somehow messed up, I wouldn't end up with an ankle-length gown. It turned out they're precise in following the customer's specified measurements so that was a relief and I just took the gown to a seamstress to take the inch off. The rest of the body measurements were on spot too.
Now, for the reason why I didn't give the gown 5 stars. The shape of the bra padding. It's too cone-shaped and unnatural in my and daughter's opinion. That's all. Other than that, it's perfect for her piano recitals and competitions.

First, let me say the color is so much more beautiful in real life! I had the dress custom fitted to my hips and height. It fits perfectly, and the style is so elegantly crafted! I love the quality and material of the dress. It does not look or feel like a cheaply made dress! Definitely recommend!

Gorgeous colour, good quality fabric and true to size. I’m an 8-10 normally and this fits perfectly. It’s a light and floaty material. The lace top is nice and soft too so doesn’t irritate the skin!

I purchased this dress as a custom size for my sister's wedding. I love the brightness in the color. The material feels so comfortable. I think its a bit tight around the neck. I recommend making sure the bust fits good when picking what size to get. I like the lace around the front. The dress it beautiful.

I love this dress. The length is plenty long enough for my tall legs, the sizing chart was very helpful. I ordered a 6 based off the chart, but because I'm small chested, I could have gone with a 4. Nothing a strapless bra won't take care of! If your bigger chested or you order an accurate size for your body, you will not need a bra as the material is thick enough to conceal what you may not want to show. The color is absolutely beautiful. Vivid, lush, good quality dye. I do recommend buying or borrowing a steamer to get out the few inevitable wrinkles that happen during shipping. Do not use an iron on this material.
