Beautifully made dress. Very happy with quality and style. This was custom made, slightly wide across the hips so will get taken in slightly but could wear as is, just personal preference. Tracking was good I could see progress. Would not hestitate to buy and have custom made again as was a little nervous but has turned out well

Your range of styles is amazing- far more than any store I visited. I ordered my dress after much deliberation. It arrived true to published measurements. My figure was between sizes. I ordered the larger if the two but determined I should return this one and reorder the smaller . I was concerned about using the shipper provided by JJsHouse with return label provided due to bad reviews. I'm happy to report the return process was seamless and took about 3 weeks to have it get back to them. I was able to track the movement on line the entire time and I got the refund onto my credit card in 2 days after it arrived. Customer service was awesome in communicating any time I wrote. Answers always arrived the next day. Very professional.
My smaller sized replacement dress arrived, zipped up nicely and I'm thrilled with the quality, attention to detail and that it is true to the photos.
Wedding details are still in a state of flux as Covid19 protocols are ever evolving here in Oregon but I know I'll be happy to wear my gorgeous gown at what ever it looks like in August. I'd order from them again in a heart beat .

This dress is out of the world pretty! It was super quick on delivery to the UK. I felt like a princess, the fabric is great quality and for true to size. I had doubts and I’m sure you are having them too but don’t, just order it!

When ordering the customer service was awesome and answered all of my questions. The dress is exactly like it was pictured and the color is perfect. It is absolutely stunning and fits me perfectly. I had lots of compliments on the dress.

Dress is very nice but I’m not thrilled with the way it looks on me. Not sure if it’s my body type, how I measured or what. Seems to poofy on me. I thought it would lye/drape on me more. No fault to JJ Company just sad that I can’t get my money back and I still need a dress for my son’s wedding.
